Another puppy mill has been raided by local authorities. Over 200 dogs and puppies have been seized from 3 Skagit County, Washington homes. As you can imagine, they need help in the form of fostering, donations and supplies. Local animal control enlisted the help of a local rescue group called Saving Pets One at a Time, or SPOT. If you are so inclined, you can do what I did, and donate to the cause via PayPal.
